Manzile Udaan.....

When I heard about the High Court Bomb Blast, my mind started whirling and I was gripped by various emotions like anger, grief, hurt, love for my nation, humanity, thoughts of Anna Hazare and his fasting, the ruthless politicians, terrorists, poverty.........Here is what I think about the whole situation.

 

सितारे आसमान में, सपने नींद में,
चुप है,
फुल काँटों में, चाँद बादलों में,
चुप है

सवाल ज़ेहेन में, शोर दिलो में,
चुप है,
अपनों के लिए, अपनों के आंसू,
चुप है

इंसांकी अदालत में, आज ईमान,
चुप है,
जुर्म के सामने, आज सच भी,
चुप है

बदलेकी आग में, इंसानियत,
चुप है,
मजहब की होली में, जलते जिस्म,
चुप है

दौलत की जंग में, खून के रिश्ते,
चुप है,
गरीब के, घर का चुल्हा,
चुप है

प्यास दिल में, भूख पेट में,
चुप है,
रोते हुए चेहेरे, कैसे भीड़ में,
चुप है

झोंपदि में रेह्ता, वो इनसान तो,
चुप है,
मेहेलो में कैद, वो इंसाफ भी,
चुप है

लाचारी के लिबास में, ज़िंदगी,
चुप है,
नाखुदाओ की मेहेफिल में, खुदा भी,
चुप है!!
